Terms

Last updated 9 September 2026

These are the terms for using this website. The terms for work we do for you are in the contract we sign, which is a different and much more specific document. Where the two disagree, the contract wins.

What this site is

A description of what we build, what it costs, and some working tools you can use for free. The prices shown are real and current. They exclude VAT.

The free tools

The site checker and the calculators are provided as they are. They are useful and we believe they are accurate, but they are not a legal audit and they are not advice. A clean result does not mean your site is compliant, and a finding does not mean you are being sued. If something matters, have a lawyer look at it.

Use the checker on sites you own or are allowed to test. It makes a small number of ordinary requests, the same as any visitor, but it is your responsibility whose address you paste.

What we promise, and what we do not

Who owns what

When a project is paid for, you own it: the code, the domain, the accounts, the content. Nothing is held back and nothing switches off if you stop working with us. We keep the right to describe the work in general terms, and we publish a client's name or a link only after that client has agreed in writing.

Liability

For this website, we are not liable for anything that follows from using the free tools. For paid work, our liability is set in the contract and is limited to what you paid us, except where the law does not allow that limit.

Law

Romanian law applies, and the courts of Bucharest have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer rather than a business, this does not take away rights you have in your own country.
