I already have a site. Do I have to throw it away?

No, and usually you should not. If the site works and the problem is that your product is hard to understand, we build the tool and drop it into what you have. That is the €1,900 route and it takes five days. We only rebuild when the thing underneath is the problem, and we will tell you which it is before you pay.

Do I own it, or am I renting?

You own it. The code, the domain, the accounts, all of it in your name from day one. If you stop working with us, nothing switches off and nothing is held back. The monthly fee is for the assistant running and for us maintaining it, not for permission to keep your own site.

Why is the quote lower than the agency's?

Because an agency quote carries an office, account managers, a sales team and an hourly clock before a line is written. None of that reaches your product. We also skip the six-week discovery phase, which for a business your size is a way of billing for questions that fit in one conversation.

What happens after the ten days?

The system is yours and it runs. Hosting and fixes are covered for the first year. If you took the assistant, it keeps answering and you get a monthly report on what it caught. If you want changes later, they are quoted the same way: fixed price, named date.

Is the AI going to say something stupid to my customers?

It cannot invent a price, an availability or a promise. Every number it says has to exist in the knowledge you gave it or in a real result from your calendar or catalogue. If it does not have the answer, it says so and hands over to a person. It also says it is a machine when asked. That is enforced in code, not asked for in a prompt.

What about my customers' data?

We sign a data processing agreement before anything touches your systems, and it lists exactly what the system reads and what it stores. Health data, which includes before-and-after photographs at a clinic, is never processed unless you have written consent per patient and per channel.

Can I see something working before I pay anything?

Yes, and it is the thing we would rather you did. Tell us what you sell and within 48 hours you get a small working tool built for your actual product, on its own page, free. Keep it either way. Most people decide from that.

Which languages, and do you work outside Romania?

We work in English, Spanish and Romanian, and deliver in other languages with the legal pack for that market, German included. For business customers in the EU and the UK the VAT is reverse charged, so on your side it is a normal cross-border invoice and your accountant has seen a hundred of them.

Obsida Solutions is an engineering studio based in Romania, working across the European Union and the United Kingdom. We build the systems a business sells through, then we keep them running.

We take two builds a month and no more. The people who write the code are the people on the calls, and that is the only arrangement under which a system comes out fitting the business rather than the template.

The price is published because we do not need to find out what you can afford first.
